Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Easy And Useful, we strive to provide high-quality web development and digital solutions. Because our services involve custom manual labor and time allocation, we adhere to the following policy:
Cancellation
Client-Initiated: You may request to cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed accordingly.
Notice Period: A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for the cancellation of ongoing SEO or maintenance retainers.
Company-Initiated: We reserve the right to terminate a project if there is a breach of terms or lack of communication for over 30 days.
Refunds
Deposits: The initial deposit paid before work begins is non-refundable, as it covers administrative costs and the reservation of our development schedule.
Completed Work: No refunds will be issued for milestones that have already been approved and delivered.
Incomplete Work: If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the percentage of work remaining.
Service Fees: Please note that any GST or transaction fees paid are non-refundable as per Indian regulatory standards.
