By engaging Easy And Useful for web or e-commerce development, design, or SEO services, you agree to the following terms:

Project Scope: Services are limited to the specific goals outlined in the signed project proposal. Additional features may require separate billing.

Payments & GST: All service fees are subject to GST as per Indian regulations. Projects require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Intellectual Property: Upon final payment, ownership of the website design and custom code is transferred to the client. Easy And Useful retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
